FAQ:

Q: I have ordered an Xbox 360 modding service, what should I include in the package?

A: Just the console, plus the hard drive if it has one.

Q: How long until the courier comes to collect my console?

A: Usually the working day after the order.

Q: Which address should I write on the package for shipping?

A: After placing your order you will receive an email with the shipping instructions to follow (for both home pickup and express courier).

Q: How long does it take to mod my console or carry out a repair?

A: Usually everything is done within 1 week.

Q: What does the warranty on my console mod cover?

A: It covers any defects in the mod itself. The mod includes a 1-year warranty, extendable to 2 years.

Q: What does the warranty on the modded Xbox 360 consoles you sell cover?

A: It covers all manufacturing defects of the console and the correct operation of the mod.

Q: Can the mod affect the operation or wear of my console in any way?

A: Absolutely not. Mods are designed to exploit bugs in components and system mechanisms that are already built to do that specific job. With the RGH mod, for example, a delay (in milliseconds) is introduced in the time the processor takes to interface with and verify certain instructions; during this delay the patched kernel (Freeboot) is loaded. In short, the mod has no effect at all on your console's wear and does not cause faults.

Q: Which mod do you recommend for my console?

A: It depends on how you want to play with it and with backups. If you play online we recommend the X360Key; otherwise you can go for the RGH mod and make the most of every customisation of your console. If you prefer the classic route, go for the drive flash mod.
