💡 Tip: the more detail you include (clear photos, honestly described issues, complete accessories), the more accurate and faster the valuation will be. Incomplete requests may require follow-up emails, which will delay our reply.
How our trade-in process works
- 1. Free valuation: send the email with the completed template to receive a personalised quote within 24-48 working hours.
- 2. Free home pickup: if you accept the valuation, we arrange for the parcel to be collected directly from your home by express courier, with shipping costs paid entirely by us.
- 3. Simple procedure: you will receive detailed packing instructions and the waybill by email; the courier will collect the parcel the working day after confirmation.
- 4. Technical inspection: once it arrives at our workshop, our specialist technicians will check the console's condition and that it matches what was declared.
- 5. Voucher issued: once the inspection is complete, you will receive a coupon code for the agreed value, which you can use straight away to buy any product or service on our site.
Terms of service
Note on conformity: if the console does not match the description provided or has undeclared defects, it will be returned to the sender and the shipping costs will be charged.
⚠️ WARNING: the credit generated by the voucher is virtual and can be used only for purchases on ConsoleModding.it. We do not pay out in cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
